On September 24, 2026, the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management invites corporate representatives from all over Germany to the second Corporate Dialogue @HHL. The event is aimed at decision-makers from HR, personnel development, and executive management who are looking for impulses for the strategic further development of their organizations and wish to get to know HHL as a dialogue partner for sustainable cooperation.

Central Highlight of the Evening

A keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Florian Elsaesser, holder of the Thalia Chair of Marketing and Retail at HHL and one of the leading experts for the interface between AI and management.

Under the title “The Three Stages of Successful AI in Business – Augmentation, Automation, and Autonomous Action”, Prof. Dr. Ellsaesser highlights how Artificial Intelligence is not only changing the fundamentals of economic activity, but also raising central questions regarding management decisions, omnichannel strategies, and true competitive advantage. How can executives use AI to make better-informed decisions and reliably predict product success? And how can we achieve the crucial bridge-building required to successfully bring deep learning and agentic AI straight from the lecture hall into real-world business practice?
