Internal Reporting Office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
Since July 2, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG – Gesetz für einen besseren Schutz hinweisgebender Personen) has been in force in Germany.
The HinSchG serves to protect whistleblowers who wish to report misconduct in their workplace. The matters that can be reported are listed in Section 2 of the HinSchG (§ 2 HinSchG – Einzelnorm ).
HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management has established an internal reporting office for reports in accordance with Section 12 of the HinSchG.
