In the upcoming HHL Expert Talk HHL professor Prof. Dr. Henning Zülch will discuss the status quo of German club football, provide hypotheses where German clubs are heading financially after the corona fog has cleared and proposes potential solutions no how not to play second fiddle in international competition in years to come.

Prof. Dr. Zülch studied economics at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität from 1993 to 1998. After an initial assignment with Ernst & Young he took over the position of Junior Professor for Corporate Reporting, in particular International Accounting, at the Clausthal University of Technology in 2002. Since September 2006, he has held the Chair of Accounting, Auditing and Controlling at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
One of his core research areas is focusing the management of success factors in professional football. In addition to his work at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Prof. Dr. Zülch is a member of numerous national and international expert committees in the field of accounting and auditing. hhl.de/zuelch
