Join us for another event within our Dismantling Leadership Discussion Series co-hosted by leadership.sprouts and HHL.

Rolf Schrömgens from leadership.sprouts and Professor Stubner from HHL will discuss “Safety vs Competition in Organizations” with Wilfried Gilllrath. Wilfried is Entrepreneur and Investor. Over the last two decades he founded and invested in various companies in the field of (renewable) energy. Entering organizations, you quickly identify their operating systems: how do people work together in order to create value, success for the company. As leaders, we are responsible for defining these operating systems. We define how performing our organizations operate. In this discussion round we discuss what it needs to set up smart operating systems as the foundation of well-performing teams.

This discussion might shed lights on the following questions:

  • What does define speed and adaptability of an organization?
  • What does Empowerment actually mean?
  • When does safety or competition become an effective prerequisite for performance?
  • How do you build organizational structures fostering one or the other?

This event will be held in English.
