HHL Expert Talk – Erfolgsstrategien für mehr Resilienz in Coronazeiten

The live session with the sociologist, trainer and author Maren Lehky deals with the topic of resilience. She will explain to you what you can do specifically for yourself to strengthen your psychological resilience. Something that will still be very relevant in 2021. The boundaries between private life and home office are blurring more and more, and event the burden of Corona is on top of everything for everyone.

The topics will be:

• What is behind the terms burnout, stress and resilience?
• How can I specifically strengthen my psychological resilience?
• How do I best implement my resolutions if I want to change something?

Maren Lehky brings the topics to the point in a practical manner and touches her audience with graphic language and examples from real life. You benefit from her years of experience in top management as well as in coaching and training of executives.

The talk will be held in German.

Maren Lehky
Maren Lehky is a trainer, top executive coach, author, consultant and podcaster. The Hamburg native founded her own consulting company in 2002, focusing on leadership, communication and change management. She has been a lecturer in the HHL executive programs since 2008. Maren Lehky is a sociologist and, before founding her own company, completed a very successful 17-year management career, which she ended in 2002 as a member of the executive board of a 4000-employee company.
