The COVID-19 crisis is an enormous catalyst of developments. Managers can only keep up with it if they actively work on their own image of “good leadership” and get involved with new truths. But which are these? In addition to the operational performance in daily business, there are basic questions that cannot be answered in a business logic. In this HHL Expert Talk, a view on this will be put up for discussion.

In his work Professor Meynhardt focuses on the contribution of organizations from all sectors to the common good (public value). As co-developer of the Leipzig Leadership Model, he is particularly interested in the connection between purpose and public value. His core project is the GemeinwohlAtlas (Public Value Atlas) with now more than 50,000 participants in Switzerland, Germany and the city of Leipzig. (www.gemeinwohlatlas.de)

This event replaces in 2020 the originally planned Leipzig Leadership Talk.
