High quality research results for academics and practitioners
The HHL Publications Database below shows the research output of our chairs and centers. We are proud of almost 200 publications per year. Our faculty members are asked-for interview partners and publish in renowned journals. Professors and resarch associates have won numerous paper awards.
In 2016, an HHL team of authors presented the Leipzig Leadership Model. Since then, the model has constantly been revised. Three editions have been published so far.
For publications without an attached full text, please check your local library or online databases. Members of the HHL community are welcome to use the HHL Library and search via the Discovery Service at any time.
