On September 30, 2025, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management welcomes corporate representatives from across Germany to the inaugural Unternehmensdialog @hhl . The event is tailored for HR managers, talent development professionals, and decision-makers interested in shaping the future of their workforce through strategic partnerships and fresh perspectives.

The evening’s highlight

A keynote by Prof. Dr. Andreas Suchanek, Chairholder of the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Chair of Economic and Business Ethics at HHL and one of Germany’s leading experts on responsible leadership.

In his talk titled “AI Is Changing the Game”, Prof. Suchanek explores how artificial intelligence is not only transforming business processes but also redefining our expectations around leadership, values, and responsibility. What decisions can be delegated to AI and which ones shouldn’t? What kind of attitude do talents expect from organizations today? And how can ethics serve as a compass in times of transformation?

In addition to new insights, the event offers room for networking and exchange with fellow professionals from business, academia, and HR—accompanied by drinks, finger food, and music on HHL’s campus in Leipzig.
