The Art of Corporate Valuation: Insights from Theory and Practice

Dr. Maximilian Schreiter
Assistant Professor and Program Director Master in Management | Finance

In our webinar we present corporate valuation techniques, their upsides, and drawbacks as well as their appropriateness regarding different practical applications. We are also looking into common pitfalls which illustrate that corporate valuation is not a commodity as many “rule of thumb” valuation tools suggest but rather the combination of solid concepts and well-thought of strategic considerations. In short: It is an art.
