The certificate program aims to support and further professionalize the development of merger competence in companies.
Program participants will be prepared to successfully manage the complexity and dynamics in M&A integration projects and to realize merger potentials. At the end of the program, the participants will receive the certificate “Merger Integration Professional (HHL)”.

Frankfurter gruppe and HHL will provide insights on the structure, content and methodology of the program.
