HHL’s part-time MBA offers exactly that. It is specifically designed as a part-time MBA for working professionals who want to advance their careers without leaving their jobs. It also combines hands-on learning with a strong leadership focus and minimizes out-of-office time so students can balance work, study and personal commitments.

Curriculum with Real-World Focus

Our part-time MBA is designed to ensure that everything students learn can be applied directly in their professional roles. The curriculum emphasizes practical application through case studies, simulations and group projects. These interactive formats enable participants to immediately transfer new skills into their daily business environment. This direct application is a key advantage of a part-time MBA, as participants can immediately translate learning into impact at work.
Core modules cover essential management areas such as accounting and finance, international business and entrepreneurship. Students develop both solid business fundamentals and the practical confidence needed to lead in dynamic and international settings.

Minimized Out-of-Office Time for Working Professionals

The program is designed with working professionals in mind, keeping time away from the office to a minimum. Study weekends begin at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays, and classes are held on no more than 17 weekends throughout the program, complemented by two residential weeks. This compact format allows students to maintain their professional commitments with as little disruption as possible.

Global Perspective with Immersive Experiences

Participants have the opportunity to expand their international perspective through the Global Immersion Seminar. This experience broadens global understanding and offers insights into one of the world’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving economic regions. The upcoming cohorts will visit South Africa, hosted by Stellenbosch University Business School, with the academic focus on Doing Business in Africa.
