Our Concept
Innovations from startups and SMEs especially in energy technology, automation and digitization are important drivers for successful structural development in the region of Lausitz/Saxony. This is where DIGITAL SPACE jumps in – to create an open platform, supporting entrepreneurship and boosting structural change. Therefore, HHL DIGITAL SPACE offers various programs and formats for startups and established companies. Participants will be supported through workshops to create new ideas and turn them into business models – all in the long-lasting tradition of the founding and entrepreneurship spirit that HHL has represented since its foundation by entrepreneurs in 1898. Moreover, DIGITAL SPACE an ecosystem and cooperates with many regional partners such as the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz, TU Dresden, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, FutureSax and companies and associations such as DTC, Siemens, Alstom, LEAG, Stadtwerke Görlitz, and many more, as well as the cities of Görlitz and Zgorzelec and the General Entrepreneurs Association.
The HHL DIGITAL SPACE Görlitz is funded by the “STARK” project funding, enabled through the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control.
Mittelstand 2025
We’re happy to announce the launch of a new landing page for HHL’s Mittelstandsstipendium for the Part-time MBA.
HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the City of Leipzig are strengthening the regional economy by offering ten scholarships (5 of which are full scholarships) for candidates for the Part-time MBA, who are seeking to advance their careers while contributing to the succcess of small and medium-sized businesses.
