Fees and Financing

Tuition costs for the part-time Master Program in Management (M.Sc.) are EUR 27,000 for the entire two-year program. Overnight stays, travel expenses and learning material (e.g. books) are not included in the tuition fee.

 

The pre-module is priced at EUR 100 per ECTS credit which will be reimbursed to you once the part-time program starts.

Early Bird Special

HHL is offering an early bird rate for students who apply no later than September 15, 2012 and complete the admissions process no later than October 31, 2012.

The Early Bird Special reduces the tuition fee by 15 % to EUR 22,950.

 

Payment terms

After you have been admitted to HHL we ask for a deposit of EUR 1,000. The first installment of EUR 12,500 has to be paid before the beginning of the first academic year and the second installment of EUR 13,500 before the beginning of the second academic year.

Financing options

Financial support is available from the Sparkasse Leipzig, CareerConcept (Bildungsfonds), the DKB Bank or other institutions. It is possible to receive special financial support (up to 80 % of the tuition costs) by the European Union (EU) through the Sächsische Aufbaubank that facilitates the >> "Weiterbildungsscheck Sachsen" and the ESF.

Requirements for the Early Bird Special

Your complete application should contain the following documents:

 

  • curriculum vitae
  • letter of motivation
  • certified transcript of above average Bachelor's degree in Business with a min. of 180 ECTS credits (less than 210 ECTS credits require the >> pre-module)
  • copy of general qualification for university entrance
  • evidence of excellent English skills (TOEFL score)
  • proof of knowledge of a second foreign language
  • certified GMAT score report (alternatively you can take the HHL Entry Test)*
  • proof of at least 3 months of relevant practical experience
  • two recommendation letters from a mentor, professor or employer

 

* The GMAT can be substituted by the >> HHL Entry Test which needs to be passed by October 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for the Early Bird Special.
