Dunkin’ Donuts started expanding across Germany in 2006. The main target of the project was the identification of a shortlist of possible suppliers of bagels for Dunkin’ Donuts Germany, Spain, and Middle East. Moreover, the students had to compile a proposal for the positioning of the bagel product within the assortment of Dunkin’ Donuts Germany.

The project’s focus was to examine the use of relays in the industrial sector and to assess demand according to industry and market segments, in order to recognize potential in the relay business. In addition, benchmarking was conducted to identify competitors and to analyze their range of products. On the basis of the study’s conclusions, a recommended course of action was drawn up with focus on extending the product range and expanding marketing activities.

Porsche opened its new production facility in Leipzig in 2002. The aim of the project was to find ways to improve the public perception of Porsche in Leipzig, and to investigat the possibilities offered by a corporate citizenship program.

The dynamic development of IFRS requires the continuous further education of local and central Bertelsmann employees engaged in financial reporting. The goal of the project was to prepare IFRS training materials including definitions of relevant reporting terms, diagrams, examples and overviews.
