Relaunch Library Web Site

January 17, 2012:
The HHL Library has relaunched its web pages (optimized for IE9). The aim of the relaunch was to offer easier access to the resources of the library. www.hhl.de/library

  • Click on the button Library Catalog to find books and journals at HHL.
  • The button e-Library opens a new guide to all licensed databases offered by HHL supplemented by a steadily growing selection of free internet resources. You can browse through categories or search directly for a resource.
  • Use the search slot for a quick one-stop search in ERIC - 11 licensed databases (e.g. Springer and Sciencedirect), the library catalog and Googlebooks. The keywords of the Library Guide at the bottom of the page present background information about library routines and the services.

The above mentioned e-Library is a very comprehensive knowledge base. Currently, it contains more than 70 links. Here you can find information on companies, markets, people, statistics but also see links to journal rankings, publishers’ archives or writing style guides. Click on “All resources” to see the whole content of the e-Library.

Databases marked with an HHL Logo are licensed by HHL. For complete access to these resources a connection to the HHL network is required – from off-campus via VPN (Virtual Private Network). Databases marked with a globe can be used for free from all over the world.

The e-Library was set up and is maintained by the HHL Library. New links will be added permanently. Feel free to send us your recommendations for links to be integrated.
