Students from various top European schools will come together from 14 – 16 May 2010 to play soccer and to network during the 14
th European Ivy League tournament organized and run by HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Interested students studying for a Bachelor degree in business studies can also take part in the M.Sc. Trial Training which comprises an introductory lecture on HHL’s Master Program, participation in the soccer tournament and the after-party, and a tour around Leipzig. The annual event is a popular tradition in the HHL network, giving current and former students an excellent opportunity to come into contact and network. The motto of the XIV European Ivy League is “Challenges Create Champions”, and the closing date for registration is April 17. Registration and more information:

Aside from the sporting challenge, the event also focuses on bringing students and companies into contact, providing an informal atmosphere where career perspectives can be discussed without pressure.
Once again there will be a competition for women’s teams as well as one for men. Also playing for the XIV European Ivy League title will be several teams from well-known companies. But the tournament is not just about soccer; as in previous years, there will be a cheerleader competition in 2010 as well, and the traditional closing party.
The XIV European Ivy League has already attracted renowned companies such as BASF, Ernst & Young and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as sponsors.
