CLIC - Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation

The Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation (CLIC) at HHL is a joint initiative of scholars at AIM - The UK's Advanced Institute of Management Research, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg, HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Imperial College London, RWTH Aachen and Technische Universität München (TUM) hosted at HHL and connected to academics and reflective leaders worldwide.

Leadership of innovation and cooperation are key challenges of the 21st century as we move from more productivity orientation and competition to value creation models that build on innovation and cooperation in a global context. We understand CLIC as a think tank and exploration lab for researchers and practitioners who jointly address current and future key challenges in the fields of leadership, innovation and cooperation.

CLIC already runs joint initiatives with more than 60 corporate partners and an international academic network. It is the innovative spirit of our network of collaborators that makes CLIC a 'hot spot' for exploring possible futures, designing innovations and learning across boundaries.
