The MBA Program is structured into three parts
Core Modules: The compulsory core modules provide you with basic management concepts and functions. These functional courses students from different professional and academic backgrounds can find a common language and acquire state-of-the-art management knowledge.
Elective Modules: The elective modules are designed to reflect the management challenges that business leaders of today are facing. This cross-functional approach ensures that you acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for management tasks in business and society. The integrated approach of the courses means that you will gain expertise in your personal fields of interest and learn to select and combine a variety of management tools. The module >> International Experience fosters a personal experience by offering an exchange term at one of our 100 partner universities around the globe or a company internship.
Master Thesis: The master thesis is a cornerstone of our academic program. Investigating a topic deriving from your personal managerial experience on the basis of the input from the study modules, you will write a scholarly paper which synthesizes theory and practice.
Flexible program duration: Our flexible full-time MBA takes up to 18 months when you choose to go abroad and afterwords write your Master thesis.
The curriculum ensures also a balanced workload when you decide for a 15 months study program. This comes into consideration when you want to take
a) not the international experience module and write instead your master thesis or
b) go for international experience and write the master thesis at the same time.
